Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $110 no-show fee. I understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another client in need.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Yes! Private pay is also available at $150 per session. I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if you have a different insurance provider.

Payment is collected at the time of service. Please reach out during your consultation to discuss specific payment methods accepted.

Session frequency depends on your individual needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and may adjust frequency as they progress. We'll discuss what works best for you during our initial consultation.
